Expansion to the existing Waste Water Treatment Plant including a new Headworks, four (4) new Primary Clarifiers, a Primary Clarifier Effluent Pump Station, new Electrical Building, piping modifications, bypass pumping, demolition of existing Aeration equipment, new septage receiving station, electrical, and sitework.
