Project Overview
Construction of a $4,795,000 expansion to the water treatment plant including new rapid mixers, sedimentation basins, filters, pipe gallery, filter console building, sludge clarifier, belt press and sludge handling building, modifications to the river raw water intake structure, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and sitework. Completed in 2004.
